My name is Tela Nobles, and I’m the owner of The Southern Graze, a small, local charcuterie business based locally in Cedar Hill. I specialize in creating beautiful, handcrafted charcuterie boards and grazing tables for events like showers, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
I’m reaching out to see if your event center ever rents or partners with small food businesses for use of your commercial kitchen space. I am fully licensed and hold a Food Manager Certificate, and I do not cook or use heat—my food prep is strictly cold assembly only.
I’m currently looking for a compliant kitchen space to prep from time to time, and I’d love to discuss whether that’s something we might be able to work together on. I would be willingly to pay an hourly and/or monthly to use your space.
